Keeping Your Hair Healthy
During lockdown we understand how hard it is to make sure your hair is in perfect condition. Your hair has seen you through your best days and your worst.
For many people trial and error or expert advice has been a way of finding out works and what doesn’t. For many people what they don’t realise is that no matter how much TLC we give our hair sometimes simple things such as heat damage normally outweighs the effort put in.
It’s also a great time to experiment with updo’s, learning what suits your hair and to create styles yourself. Plus, there’s also plenty of time to plan your future hairstyle for your next hair appointment.
To bring back the goodness of your hair a hair mask will always help refresh and replenish the dry parts of your hair. There are many at home masks you can do to keep your hair healthy when you can’t get to the salon, using ingredients you would have in your cupboard! Dry hair can often come from excessive heat, not just heat from your straighteners but also the sun.
So, if your hair is looking a little dry here’s what you need: 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar! All you need to do is combine it all in a small bowl, you can double or half the recipe, if you have thick long hair you may need to double it. Leave it in your hair for 30/40 minutes before rinsing it out.
The perfect hair pick me up to do at home, plus this hair mask can work on all types of hair!
